SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are created after submission. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for fulfillment. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Please Note: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. ***Mommy's Monos is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or damaged items that may occur during transit of your order. In transit time starts when your order is shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for return unless an error or oversight was made to the design or text. To start return please contact us at info@mommysmonos.com. If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return your item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.

Pick Up Policy 

Pickup up is Monday - Thursday from 8am -11am. If order is not picked up within 3 days after fulfillment, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.
