This year has been one of the most challenging years I’ve ever experienced. Honestly, I was no stranger to seeking professional help when it came to protecting my mental. There were times when I felt alone, hopeless, tired and all the other emotions that comes along with this pandemic. Its perfectly okay not to feel okay! repeat... It’s perfectly okay not to feel okay.
